Role Overview

We're looking for Senior Designers to join our team and help lead delivery of large-scale digital systems. In this role, you’ll flex between early-stage conceptual design and later-stage execution: mapping customer journeys, creating wireframes and flows, designing scalable templates and interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency across touchpoints.

This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who can operate with strategic independence, take ownership of large design streams, and collaborate deeply across functions. You’ll be hands-on in the work, but also an advocate for quality, clarity, and purpose.

This role will work closely with other team members and under the direction of our Head of Design and Studio Director.

  • Shape the design system and digital presence across hundreds of products and content experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, developers, content creators, and client stakeholders
  • Participate in user research, competitive analysis, and design workshops
  • Present design rationale clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Design and document scalable UI templates and modular design systems
  • Contribute to documentation and handoff materials for development
  • Flex between concept work (early strategy and prototyping) and production (refining templates, building scalable components, graphic assets, QA)
  • Elevate QA and handoff, including layout testing, accessibility checks, and design polish
  • Stay curious and collaborative — jumping in where needed, offering and receiving critique, and supporting shared goals

Who You Are
  • 6+ years of experience designing digital products, systems, or platforms
  • A self-directed mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
  • Enjoy working on both concept design and production execution
  • Able to independently lead large design streams with minimal oversight
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with developers, content leads, and strategists
  • A strategic thinker with a strong eye for hierarchy, visual clarity, and scalable systems
  • Proficient in Figma (including components, libraries, prototypes), plus Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with design systems, ecommerce, CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify), or component-based content systems
  • Experience working on fast-paced, large-scope client work (e.g., agency or consulting environments)

Why Join Us
  • Flexible work hours, generous PTO, and a remote-friendly team
  • A supportive and ego-free design culture
