Job Description

PrideStaff North Dallas has partnered with our Addison, Texas based client in search of a dynamic Contract Analyst to join their growing team!

This role offers a hybrid schedule (one day a week onsite!) and is focused on supporting redlines and contract management.

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 + benefits

This role will:

  • Lead the Deal Flow: You won't just file contracts—you'll drive negotiations . You’ll be the crucial link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring every term, condition, and price point is locked in tight. Expect to redline, edit, and suggest strategic alternative terms when needed.
  • Master the Tech Stack: Own our client's Contract Repository System (their CLM software). You’ll be responsible for keeping the data clean, actionable, and ready for reporting. Think data integrity, not just data entry. You’ll track key metrics like term dates, termination clauses, and financial values.
  • Optimize the Intake Pipeline: Be the boss of the contract request process. You'll vet incoming requests from stakeholders, ensuring they are complete and accurate before they hit the appropriate manager's desk. You are the first-line quality control for legal efficiency.
  • Champion Vendor Relations: Act as the main point of contact for external partners. You’ll handle contract questions and smooth out the onboarding and offboarding processes for vendors, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Share the Knowledge: Train internal departments and new team members on how to use our client's Contract Lifecycle Management system effectively.

Prior Experience/Knowledge Required:

  • 3+ years of contract review experience, focusing on redlines & negotiating terms
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience utilizing a CLM system
