Job Description

Kitchen and Floor Decor Inc. is a rapidly growing, women-owned renovation company specializing in multi-family housing. We partner with housing authorities, property management groups, and general contractors to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective construction solutions across Greater Boston and beyond.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead full-cycle construction projects, with a strong focus on multi-family housing renovations. This role requires someone who can manage large-scale, complex projects (up to $500K), oversee site operations, coordinate all phases from bidding to closeout, and provide accurate material estimates. You will report directly to the executive team and play a critical role in delivering excellence on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Prepare and review project scopes, perform take-offs, and generate accurate material estimates based on site evaluations and plans.
  • Conduct and participate in bid walks, prepare bid packages, and support proposal development in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise site activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, coordinate trades, and proactively address site-related challenges.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records including daily logs, change orders, purchase orders, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse and Procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and use of materials.
  • Represent the company in meetings with property managers, housing authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Support business development by identifying project opportunities and helping establish relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably in residential and multi-family renovations.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects valued up to $500,000.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen, flooring, and general interior renovation processes and materials.
  • Hands-on field experience, with the ability to perform and verify accurate measurements and site assessments.
  • OSHA 10/30 certification.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Self-directed and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with construction software, project scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; frequent travel throughout Greater Boston is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with public housing agencies, union/non-union environments, and government-funded projects.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Excel Sheets, Builder Prime, Procore, or similar construction management tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Monthly gas reimbursement
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and federal holidays
  • Opportunities for career advancement within a fast-growing company
