Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will rely on their expertise and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They will independently perform complex tasks and are expected to demonstrate a high degree of creativity and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, including reengineering business processes and implementing technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Create solution options, assess risks, and conduct financial analyses (e.g., cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build).
• Prepare detailed documentation, including Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse projects.
• Support and enhance business warehouse/intelligence systems, including deploying and managing end-user reporting tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define reporting and data warehousing requirements and recommend solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to support ongoing operations within the Enterprise Reporting Team.
• Maintain expertise in relational database concepts and client-server architectures.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience with multiple Infor Global HR/Benefits/Absence-Leave/Payroll implementations.
• Demonstrated success in Infor Version 11 application upgrades.
• Extensive experience (15+ years) working with Lawson Versions 8, 9, and 10 for HR-related modules (HR, BN, PR, LP, PA).
• At least 3 years of experience implementing CloudSuite GHR and Payroll solutions.
• 15+ years of expertise with BSI Tax Factory or equivalent tax compliance systems.
