Insight Global is seeking a licensed Senior Architect to join their client's Residential team. Our client is an award-winning architecture, planning, and interiors firm practice of 190+ multi-cultural professionals located throughout the Western United States. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our Salt Lake City, UT office. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead and coordinate all phases of complex residential projects—from concept through construction—ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with client goals. - Serve as a trusted technical expert, confidently presenting to clients and guiding them through design and documentation decisions. - Provide clear direction and supervision to design and production teams, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and code-compliant. -Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and internal teams to develop and implement appropriate strategies and technical solutions. - Perform in-depth quality control reviews - Mentor staff and support their professional development through coaching and feedback.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Registered Architect in the state of Utah (Utah R.A.) - 5+ years of experience in custom residential architecture - Portfolio consisting of custom luxury design - Proficient in Revit/BIM and SketchUp - Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects - Willingness to work onsite 3 days/week
