As a Technical Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and

optimization of our SAP Hybris e-commerce platform, with a focus on integrating web services

and leading the development of scalable, high-performance solutions. You will lead a cross-

functional team in delivering cutting-edge e-commerce solutions, collaborating closely with

architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to enhance the customer experience. A

technical background in SAP Commerce Cloud, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and Low

Code/No Code tools will be an additional asset in driving innovation and efficiency across our

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SAP Hybris-based e- commerce solutions, with a strong emphasis on web services, API integrations, and Microservices architecture.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance in best practices for both SAP Hybris development and system integration.
• Provide technical leadership in adopting and implementing new technologies, frameworks, and tools, including Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and Low Code/No Code platforms.
• Develop and optimize RESTful web services to support various business functions and enhance system integrations with internal and third-party services.
• Utilize Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to build scalable, modular, and maintainable solutions.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the SAP Hybris platform by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Lead the integration of SAP Hybris with external systems, including payment gateways, CRM, ERP systems, and other third-party APIs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and non-technical stakeholders, to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
• Leverage Angular for frontend enhancements, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, industry best practices, and security requirements.
• Oversee the development and execution of unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and API documentation.
