Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company standards
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting, reviewing, and interpreting account information
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly financial reports
Perform general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and month-end/year-end close processes
Analyze financial data to identify trends, improve efficiencies, and recommend process enhancements
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business strategy and financial decision-making
Maintain accurate and confidential accounting records and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
