Job Title: Security Engineer – Zscaler / Endpoint Protection

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Security Engineers with hands-on expertise in Zscaler and Endpoint Protection solutions . The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting endpoint security technologies to ensure enterprise-level security posture across our client’s environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) , and related security services.
- Implement and support endpoint protection tools (EDR/AV solutions such as CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Symantec, or Microsoft Defender ATP).
- Integrate endpoint solutions with SIEM/SOAR platforms for monitoring and incident response.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Zscaler connectivity, endpoint security policies, and user access.
- Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams to strengthen overall cyber defense.
- Assist in creating documentation, playbooks, and best practices for endpoint and Zscaler deployments.
- Support compliance initiatives by ensuring endpoint security meets organizational and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in endpoint security and Zscaler solutions .
- Strong knowledge of Zscaler ZIA/ZPA , SSL inspection, and secure web gateways.
- Expertise in at least one endpoint protection platform (EDR/AV) .
- Solid understanding of network security, VPN, firewalls, and identity/access management .
- Experience with incident response, log analysis, and security monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and mobile endpoint environments .
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) , CISSP , CEH , or vendor-specific endpoint security certifications.
- Prior experience working in large enterprise or managed service provider environments.
