JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: Dismantle machines, wash sanitize
and reassemble when needed. Be able to wash all vats, tanks and silos using the Clean In Place System. Wash all other equipment used in production of product, such as tables, trays, conveyors, crates, and utensils. Wash all mix lines, freezers, and vats. Follow all standard operating procedures. Perform all other housekeeping duties such as floors walls, and ceiling. Assist on the production lines as needed. Monitor product to ensure it is properly filled and packaged. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: Ability to bend to bend, lift and twist throughout the day Experience: Previous food production and sanitation experience is helpful but not required.
