Baer is looking for Salesforce Automation Consultant for a 9+ month project located in Dallas, TX

Title: Salesforce Automation Consultant

Location: Hybrid (3 days on site) - Dallas, TX

Duration: 9 months

Rate: All-Inclusive

Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Assess and identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current workflows. Create detailed maps of existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Integrate automation tools into existing systems and software to streamline processes.
• Develop and implement customized workflows that align with organizational goals and needs.
• Monitor ongoing automation performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement systems to manage automated process data and create reports to track outcomes and performance.
• Streamlining and automating business processes to enhance efficiency.
• Supporting system architecture, vendor management, and quality assurance.
• Creating custom training programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Developing dynamic, AI-driven learning content and immersive training experiences.
• Structuring resources and processes for operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation, process analysis, and workflow design.
• Strong knowledge of integration tools and platforms.
• Expertise in analyzing data, creating reports, and managing automated systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with technical project management and system architecture is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
