Core Responsibilities:
· Manage to-do’s for multiple sales accounts
· Working on the Adult accounts with the Director of Sales
· Attend Meetings with Sales lead and assist in meeting preparation
· Assist in design/development process with Sales and Buyers
· Follow-up from Buyer meetings (Buyer, Design, Licensing, Production)
· Prepare order details for back office order entry
· Communication and management of all orders from placement through customer delivery (both with internal teams and external customers)
· Own approval and sample management process
· Follow up on all PO shipping status and routing
· Manage any order issues
· Cross-functional role with growth opportunity in Sales, Production, Licensing, Product Development
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
