• Worked on migration from Saba Enterprise to SBX (Saba Cloud) • Experience with micro services & SABA Enterprise API.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical customers.
• Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support SABA On premises and SABA Cloud Consultant.
• Ideal candidate would be someone who has worked on a migration from SABA’s enterprise version to its cloud version.
