We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Rheumatologist to join our thriving, physician-led multi-specialty group in Fall River, MA. Our practice represents a wide range of medical and surgical specialties and is committed to delivering high-quality, collaborative, and comprehensive patient care.

Practice Highlights:
Outpatient-only—no inpatient consults or rounds
Full-time schedule with flexibility
Exposure to a comprehensive range of rheumatologic conditions, including opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Musculoskeletal ultrasound proficiency preferred
On-site lab and imaging: CT, MRI, ultrasound, and DEXA
Adjacent and easily accessible specialty services: Orthopedics, Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Allergy/Immunology, Physical Therapy, and a next-door Infusion Center
Shared night and weekend phone coverage, minimal burden (typically 0–2 calls per week) with another rheumatologist
In-house clinical research team available for those interested in participating in Pharma-sponsored studies
Robust administrative and clinical support to allow physicians to focus on patient care
Collegial, stable environment focused on clinical excellence and work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting guaranteed base salary of $250,000 with no upper limit, productivity-based compensation model

Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Rheumatology Fellowship
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology
Eligibility for Massachusetts medical licensure
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-engagement skills
