Known for our curated collection of fashion-forward home furnishings, art, and décor, Z Gallerie is entering an exciting new chapter—and we want you to be part of it.

Position Overview

We are seeking passionate Full-Time Sales Associates to join our first pop-up store team in Dallas. As a brand ambassador and style expert, you will deliver personalized design guidance, create engaging store-related content, and provide exceptional service to help customers bring their home visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through personalized service.
• Drive sales by building relationships, understanding client needs, and offering curated product solutions.
• Provide product knowledge, styling tips, and in-home design inspiration.
• Support merchandising efforts, restocking, and visual standards to maintain an inspiring showroom environment.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Support store events, seasonal floorsets, and promotional activities.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and Z Gallerie brand presentation.
• ✨  Create Employee-Generated Content (EGC): Capture and share authentic, store-related content (photos, videos, styling tips, behind-the-scenes moments) for use on official Z Gallerie social media platforms such as Instagram.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, design, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong passion for interior design, home styling, and creating beautiful spaces.
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and confident in client-facing conversations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable creating digital content (social media savvy is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and key sales events.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• POS system familiarity and basic computer skills a plus.
