• Pay: Start at $15.00 -$16.00 per hour (With scheduled raises every 6 months)

• Shifts: Flexible schedule (Days, Nights, Weekends)

We are located at the Stafford Crossing Shoppes, and we do things a little differently here. While other restaurants are open 365 days a year, we are Closed on All Holidays . That means you actually get to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas with your family. We are looking for Shift Managers who are ready to lead by example. You don't need a resume full of management experience—if you are willing to work the line, grill subs, and learn our system, we will teach you how to run the shift.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the Floor: Keep the energy high and the team organized during the lunch and dinner rush.
• Working the Line: You aren't just supervising; you are grilling, frying, and serving alongside your crew.
• Operations: Handle cash management, closing reports, and key holder duties.
• Customer Focus: ensure every guest gets the perfect sandwich and a genuine smile.
• Training: Mentor new hires and help them get up to speed.

What we need from you:

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Access to reliable transportation to get to our Plainfield location.
• Availability: Flexible schedule required (up to 40 hours/week).
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift standard restaurant supplies (approx. 50 lbs).
• Attitude: A "can-do" mindset. We can teach you the skills, but we need you to bring the effort.
