Doorkeeper Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential/Multi-Family Property Manager to join our growing team in Denver, Colorado. As a Property Manager with Doorkeeper, you will oversee the daily operations of residential and multi-family properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully occupied, and meeting performance goals. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for residents, vendors, and ownership—delivering a high standard of service and accountability.

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and budgeting
• Supervise on-site staff and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service
• Foster a positive community environment and maintain strong resident relations
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, income/expenses, and operational issues
• Coordinate marketing efforts and lease-up strategies, especially during peak student housing seasons

• Required:
• At least 3 years of experience in residential property management, with specific experience in student housing
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Preferred but not required:
• Experience with Yardi property management software
• Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License

• Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience
