Research Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Research Coordinator to join our team. This role is all about ensuring accuracy, clarity, and credibility across the content that fuels high-impact learning experiences for leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Fact-check editorial and visual content for accuracy, consistency, and credibility
• Research and analyze complex business topics, turning data and reports into clear insights
• Write, edit, and coordinate updates for seminars and supporting materials
• Collaborate with editors, producers, and video teams to deliver polished, reliable content
• Translate charts, financials, and business data into easy-to-understand graphics and stories

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in research, fact-checking, or editorial support
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong business acumen; comfortable interpreting financial language, data, and regulatory filings
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Advanced research and synthesis skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience in newsrooms, publishing, or multimedia editorial teams
• Familiarity with AP Style (or similar)
• Background in data visualization or business storytelling
