About Pozitivf Fertility

Pozitivf Fertility was founded on a bold belief: the ability to have a child is a fundamental human right.

For too long, fertility care has been available only to those with the means and access. Pozitivf exists to change that—by making high-quality, affordable fertility care accessible to everyone, without compromise.

With thriving clinics in Houston and San Antonio and an Austin location opening soon , Pozitivf is redefining fertility care across Texas. Our mission is simple yet radical: make IVF attainable for all.

Who We Are

Pozitivf Fertility is physician-led, independently owned, and free from private equity influence. Every decision centers around patient outcomes, innovation, and integrity—not investor returns.

Our team is made up of compassionate fertility specialists, embryologists, and care professionals united by one purpose: making the path to parenthood more accessible, transparent, and humane.

We foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and respect , where every voice matters and where your growth—both professional and personal—is supported.

The Opportunity

As a Reproductive Endocrinologist at Pozitivf , you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that’s redefining how fertility care is delivered. You’ll have the autonomy to practice medicine without the bureaucracy of network-driven models and the support to innovate in patient care.

Whether you’re completing your fellowship or seeking a more independent and purpose-driven career, Pozitivf offers the environment, tools, and vision to help you thrive.

What You’ll Do

As an REI Physician at Pozitivf, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment for infertility and reproductive endocrine disorders
  • Performing and overseeing assisted reproductive procedures including IVF, IUI, and egg retrievals
  • Conducting diagnostic imaging and interpreting reproductive hormone testing
  • Collaborating closely with embryologists, fertility coaches, and patient advocates to ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • Developing individualized treatment plans with compassion and evidence-based care
  • Participating in ongoing clinical innovation and research initiatives
  • Contributing to physician education and training programs through IVF Academy USA
  • Maintaining compliance with state, federal, and ethical guidelines in reproductive medicine
Education & Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)
  • Active or eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • Strong foundation in IVF, ovulation induction, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and innovative reproductive practices
Core Skills
  • Clinical excellence in reproductive endocrinology and infertility
  • Ultrasound interpretation and procedural precision
  • Collaborative care and multidisciplinary teamwork
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Research and continuous improvement mindset
  • Empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
Professional Growth at Pozitivf

Through our partnership with IVF Academy USA , based at our San Antonio location, Pozitivf offers hands-on training and professional development, including:

  • Advanced courses in reproductive endocrinology and lab sciences
  • Workshops and certifications to elevate clinical practice
  • Mentorship and leadership development for future fertility leaders

We believe that developing great physicians is as important as achieving great outcomes.

When you’re ready to grow independently, Pozitivf supports your ambitions with access to systems, mentorship, and even financial resources.

What Sets Pozitivf Apart
  • Physician-led, mission-driven model
  • Independent — free from corporate or private equity control
  • No non-compete clause — we earn your commitment, we don’t require it
  • Full support if you choose to open your own practice in the future
  • Collaborative, forward-thinking environment
  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive health and retirement benefits
  • Professional development through IVF Academy USA
Why This Role Matters

At Pozitivf, you’ll be at the forefront of a movement to make IVF accessible and affordable for every family that dreams of having a child.

This is more than a position—it’s a chance to shape the future of reproductive medicine and help bring fertility care back to its human roots.

If you’re ready to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact, we’d love to meet you.

Pozitivf Fertility

More than a clinic. A movement.
