Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vacation Planner to join our remote team. This role involves designing personalized travel experiences that align with each client’s preferences and budget. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, highly organized, and thrives in a self-directed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client travel goals and preferences
  
  
• Create customized travel itineraries including transportation, accommodations, and activities
  
  
• Coordinate bookings and manage client reservations
  
  
• Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and clients
  
  
• Prepare and deliver final travel documents and itineraries
  
  
• Monitor bookings and address any client concerns or changes
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong interest in travel and destination planning
  
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
  
• Goal-oriented with effective time management skills
  
  
• Multilingual skills are a plus
