Reports to Regulatory Manager

Summary:

• Support the regulatory team with administrative tasks, state APD submissions and WOGCC communications

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Must have admin experience in an office environment
• Preferer 2-5 years of regulatory experience, state permitting in Wyoming a plus; willing to train the right candidate with less experience.
• Self-starter, willing to learn new programs and solve problems
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Coordination skills required to execute permits submittals

Major Responsibilities:

Permitting

• Assist in submitting Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission (WOGCC) permits and renewals as directed
• Uploads permitting details to Risk Based Data Management System (RBDMS) (Eform) using Python script, could submit permits without automation in event system is down
• Reviews all attachments for accuracy and completeness
• Formats notice lists, generates notice copies and mailings labels
• Packages and sends out mailings with appropriate mailing date
• Monitors and maintains mailing supply levels
• Requests checks prior to planned permit submission date
• Submits checks via fed-ex to WOGCC with RBDMS (Eform) number
• Work on any process improvements in state permitting

Administrative:

• Files all plats, submissions, approvals, bonds, ROWs and permitting docs
• Notarizes documents
• Assists in coding invoices at request of team

Reporting and tracking

• Provide weekly progress reports on WOGCC APDs (submittals, approvals, renewals)
• Maintain accurate tracking of APD submissions and approvals (dates, APIs, etc.)
• Perform bimonthly QC against WOGCC website and Epex

Salary Range: $31-41/hour

Duration: 6 months with option to extend
