Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care as an OR Circulator
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate and manage patient care throughout the surgical procedure
• Ensure proper surgical setup, supplies, equipment, and sterile field readiness
• Advocate for patient safety and maintain adherence to surgical protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary OR teams
• Deliver patient- and family-centered communication and education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance standards
• Participate in professional development and shared governance activities
• Acute care surgical setting
• Consistent weekday day-shift schedule
• Team-oriented perioperative environment

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Active RN license (State or Compact)
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
• Previous Operating Room Circulating experience required
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and sterile technique
• BLS required
• Excellent critical thinking, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
