We are seeking a motivated and talented strategic leader to serve as Regional Director based in Alexandria, LA. The Regional Director leads the complete operation of a Jani-King Regional Office with responsibilities including managing new customer acquisition, new franchise sales, administrative and P&L, customer service, franchise relations, franchise development, and operations activities. This critical role provides the office team, franchise owners, and clients the support needed to continually represent and uphold the standard that continues to secure Jani-King’s rank among the top franchise companies in the world.

Position Requirements

  • A proven sales and/or operations background (if you have both you’re a step up, but if you only have one and the ability to grow into the other, keep reading!)
  • The ability to manage and inspire a team through hands-on leadership
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate strategic and tactical concepts to a team
  • Superb presentation skills including the ability to develop and effectively deliver presentations in person to groups of prospects, customers, managers, and peers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) with desired experience working in a CRM
  • Work includes local travel to current and potential clients which requires possession of a valid state driver’s license

Strong technical knowledge in all facets of commercial cleaning, including related administrative duties, is beneficial…but not required. This position takes advantage of a wide variety of backgrounds.
