About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to drive our recruitment strategy. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including job descriptions, job postings, candidate interviews, and talent selection. The specialist will also develop proactive recruiting strategies and implement programs to meet workforce diversity and hiring objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic and analytical mindset, ensuring alignment between company goals and talent acquisition efforts. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience managing candidate pipelines are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align workforce planning with business goals.
  • Develop and implement data-driven recruitment models to enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop job descriptions, requisitions, and compensation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the hiring process.
  • Source candidates strategically and manage applicant tracking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Facilitate final hiring decisions and offer management.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
  • Work with leadership to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement.
  • Oversee background checks and employment verifications.
  • Manage onboarding processes and administrative hiring tasks.
  • Enhance employer branding and visibility on hiring platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition (internal recruiting preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for recruitment performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Industry experience in property management (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for building great teams.
