Role Name: Recruiting Coordinator

W2 Contract: 9/08/2025-12/31/2025

Hybrid: 4 days a week onsite required (sometimes 5 if client required)

Location: Stamford, CT

Calculated Hire is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join our leading telecommunications client in Stamford, CT. This role primarily focuses on supporting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. You'll work across teams to coordinate candidate interviews, facilitate onboarding, maintain accurate records, and support requisition creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate candidate interviews, travel schedules, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate files, update databases, and generate reports as needed.
• Review resumes, verify employment history, and conduct reference checks.
• Collaborate with outside employment agencies to identify top talent.
• Prepare and send offer letters to candidates.
• Support requisition creation and miscellaneous recruiting projects.

Typical Day / Task Breakdown:

• 50% Scheduling and calendar management
• 20% Requisition creation
• 10% Onboarding new hires
• 10% Miscellaneous recruiting projects

Required Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years of recruiting coordination or related administrative experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
