Job Description

We are looking for an Entry Level Associate Recruitment Consultant (Sales) to join us for our April training Academy!

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN INTERNAL TALENT ACQUISITION ROLE, THIS IS A SALES ROLE .

Location: Houston, Texas 77002

Start Date: April 22nd

Work Setting: On site (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

This person would be responsible for Business Development (bringing in new clients) as well as sourcing and placing candidates!

Cold Calling (50-70 dial outs per day) will be an integral part of this job, individuals in this role love to hunt new business and create relationships with new clients.

Responsibilities:

- Helping the team find and match candidates to the right job openings.

- Building a network of skilled candidates (even those not actively job searching) by reaching out and developing relationships.

- Talking to clients to understand what kind of person they're looking for, beyond just skills.

- Screening candidates over the phone to assess their skills, experience, and motivation.

- Writing job ads that attract the right candidates.

- Arranging interviews and providing both candidates and clients with the details they need.

-Market research, tracking trends in sector.

-Cold Calling into new target clients and pitching Spencer Ogden's recruitment services.

-Negotiating terms/contracts with clients.
