Insight Global are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Marietta, PA. As a Quantity Surveyor, your day will start with a review of the project's financial status, ensuring all costs are tracked and within budget. You'll prepare and update cost estimates, working closely with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and changes. Throughout the day, you'll monitor ongoing expenditures, manage cash flow, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders. You'll also conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards. Regular meetings with the project team will be essential to discuss any financial risks or issues and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is onsite 4-days per week in Marietta, PA.

The applicant should apply if they have the following:

• Experience in construction cost management , preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
• Extensive experience using Excel as the primary cost tracking tool
• Strong stakeholder management including the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate
• Ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment
