Title : Quality Manager

Location : Near Cedarburg, WI

Hire Type : Direct Hire

Salary : $120k - $130k (based on experience) + bonus

Sterling Engineering is looking for a Quality Manager in near Cedarburg, WI for a leading manufacturer/ repairer of industrial bearings. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable company who has great benefits!

Job Duties :

• Coach, mentor, and develop the quality team to foster growth and continuous learning
• Champion a strong safety culture and implement protective processes
• Oversee Quality & Environmental Management Systems and cybersecurity compliance
• Monitor, analyze, and improve site performance using structured problem-solving methods
• Align quality initiatives with business objectives and strategic priorities
• Support new product and process launches, ensuring manufacturability
• Lead the calibration program and oversee the quality lab and CMM operations
• Maintain quality documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements
• Track, document, and resolve EHS incidents to prevent recurrence

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a related engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of cross-functional experience in Quality Assurance and Operations within high-precision manufacturing
• Strong understanding of QMS processes and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
