We are hiring a Full Time / Direct Hire Bilingual Mandarin Quality Manager in San Jose, CA. This company has Global locations and seeking Bilingual Mandarin Quality Manager to work with their Mandarin Speaking team.
Quality Manager
• Responsibilities:
o Oversee QA operations, including inspections, supplier management, root cause analysis, and product reliability.
o Develop and maintain quality management systems, including training programs.
o Lead internal audits and external certifications for compliance with industry standards.
o Drive quality improvement initiatives and manage customer complaints with preventive measures.
o Engage clients through regular quality meetings and action plans.
o Lead and develop the QA team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
o Experience: 5+ years in QA, including 3+ years in management.
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or related fields.
Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
o Familiar with SMT processes, IPC-610/600 standards, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. o Preferred: Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485.
o Other Requirements: o Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
