What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of a well-established apartment community
• Lead, mentor, and support an on-site team of leasing and maintenance professionals
• Maximize occupancy and rent growth through strategic marketing and outstanding customer service
• Maintain high standards of property appearance, safety, and maintenance
• Manage budgets, meet deadlines, and accurately prepare and submit financial reports
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to foster a welcoming community environment
• Promote resident retention through creative events and proactive communication

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• A solutions-oriented mindset with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, CRM, Knock, or similar)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulations
