Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team in the life sciences industry. This position offers a great opportunity for someone with expertise in supporting biometric deliverables such as data management, biostatistics, and statistical programming services. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage budgets for moderate complexity projects, understanding various cost models.
Ensure financial key performance indicators (KPIs) are met on assigned projects, manage invoicing and update revenue projections.
Control project scope by following defined project management methodologies and processes for change management.
Independently develop project timelines and strategies to meet project milestones and expectations.
Use project management software to track tasks, milestones, and critical paths, ensuring alignment with functional leads.
Perform day-to-day project management activities including risk identification, issue escalation, and resolution, collaborating with team members to resolve challenges.
Manage client relationships by driving customer satisfaction, developing growth plans, and targeting at least 10% annual revenue growth.
Lead or participate in Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and bid defenses.
Facilitate meetings, create agendas, and take meeting minutes to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Ensure adherence to industry standards such as ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 9001:2000.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in clinical trials or pharmaceutical development.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
Experience with clinical trial and pharmaceutical development is preferred.
Familiarity with current ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards is a plus.
Understanding of the drug development process, scientific & clinical data, and terminology.
