VaxCare’s RCM Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge and money. We research claims, analyze denials and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth!
We are searching for someone who is organized and passionate about delivering key projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the RCM team.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
· Manage vendor relationships with RCM vendors, ensuring key metrics are met and relationships are delivering value to organization
· Oversee the successful delivery of RCM projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness and deliver impact to key metrics
· Work cross functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project success
· Proactively identify risks, manage issues that arise, and ensure projects stay on track per established milestone dates
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage vertically with team members, directors, and stakeholders.
QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
· Strong Excel skills
· SQL Experience preferred
· Six Sigma green belt preferred
· PMP or other valid project management certification preferred
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role
· Detail oriented and focused – pays attention to details and checks their work for quality
· Critical thinker – ability to brainstorm possible solutions with limited direction
