Position: Project Manager – Multiple Small Projects (PMP Preferred)

Location: onsite in Indianapolis, IN 46241 (Local candidates are given preference)

Duration: 12-24 months

I am looking for a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing multiple small-to-mid-sized projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong scheduling, coordination, and vendor management skills, with preference given to those experienced in Primavera P6 .

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 .
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track budgets, forecasts, invoices, and project documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, with focus on multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 required or strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
