Description:
We are hiring for an experienced Project Architect with 7+ years proven experience in Restaurants, Airport Concessions, Retail and/or hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience working on National programs, possessing the drive and ability to manage multiple projects from conceptual stages, up into construction documentation and through construction administration. This position requires strong knowledge of Building + Accessibility codes and an awareness of the nuances in these codes per locale. It will also be helpful for the Architect to possess international experience and be comfortable leading select projects outside of the U.S. in the Americas. The Architect will be client facing, act as the account manager for several global brands and lead the team that delivers these projects.
