Job Description

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related disciplines are required.
• A Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology is preferred.
• This position requires a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, of which at least five (5) years must be specialized.
• Specialized experience includes project development and management from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and / or subcontracts of diverse types and complexity. Overall experience should include increasing responsibilities in information systems design and / or management.
• The program manager who is certified by PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
• The program manager shall have a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance or obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance within six (6) months of contract award. It is preferred that the Program Manager has at minimum, a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3 (or current equivalent).
