Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related disciplines are required.
A Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology is preferred.
This position requires a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, of which at least five (5) years must be specialized.
Specialized experience includes project development and management from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and / or subcontracts of diverse types and complexity. Overall experience should include increasing responsibilities in information systems design and / or management.
The program manager who is certified by PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
The program manager shall have a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance or obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance within six (6) months of contract award. It is preferred that the Program Manager has at minimum, a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3 (or current equivalent).
