Program Manager (Non-Tech 4) – Business Operations

We are seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to support day-to-day operations for a fast-paced engineering and research environment. This individual will report to the Site Engineering Lead and collaborate closely with site teams, human resources, recruiting, finance, communications, legal, and other stakeholders to drive execution across key initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the engineering site leader in maintaining business rhythms and driving execution of strategic priorities
• Lead and implement internal programs that promote cross-functional collaboration, team culture, and knowledge sharing
• Develop and coordinate internal and external communication strategies, including executive meetings, presentations, events, and outreach
• Track and report on program progress, success metrics, and deliverables across teams
• Partner with business managers and finance teams to support budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation
• Plan and manage team events, offsites, and internal partnerships that support business goals and employee engagement
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive continuous operational improvements
• Work effectively across a matrixed organization with minimal oversight, demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7–9 years of experience partnering across teams and managing cross-functional programs
• Minimum 8+ years of experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 7+ years of experience using productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Minimum 7–9 years of experience in program execution, operations, and organizational planning
