Pricing Coordinator – Buffalo Grove, IL

$80,000 - $90,000 Annually + Profit Sharing, 401K Match, Full Benefits, PTO

Our products are built to perform under the most demanding conditions, and fuel plays a critical role in both development and operation. From diesel and gasoline to alternative fuels, we engineer and test equipment that helps customers maximize efficiency while controlling costs. To support these efforts, we are seeking a Pricing Coordinator who can bridge the gap between data-driven pricing strategy and operational project execution within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product and parts pricing to identify opportunities for competitiveness, profitability, and market growth
• Review and interpret gross margin reports; evaluate pricing trends, variances, and recommend adjustments to management
• Maintain and update price lists for existing products and propose list pricing for new parts or models
• Gather competitive pricing intelligence and maintain a structured process/database for reference and analysis
• Review freight, duty, and fee charges on inbound shipping invoices; identify errors and recommend corrective action
• Develop, measure, and report on distributor KPIs; establish benchmarks and share best practices with leadership
• Coordinate, organize, and track project objectives in the warehouse, including workflow updates and process improvements
• Prepare project documentation, communication charts, and tracking spreadsheets; monitor progress against timelines
• Proactively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and management
• Maintain accurate and secure spreadsheets, data records, and documentation related to pricing and projects
• Take on special projects as assigned, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and aligned with business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution (required)
• Familiarity with fuel-related products, processes, or testing (required)
• Proficiency in SAP/S4 HANA
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
• Experience designing, tracking, and reporting KPIs
