Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the roadmap for POS and eCommerce initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
  • Define detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocations, and key milestones.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (IT, store operations, marketing, finance, etc.) and external vendors.
  • Build and manage partnerships with POS software and hardware providers.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, timeline, and compliance expectations.

Implementation & Integration

  • Oversee the rollout of POS systems across stores with minimal business disruption.
  • Lead efforts to configure, customize, and integrate POS solutions with ERP, inventory, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and supervise pilot launches.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, BAs, and operations staff.
  • Facilitate Agile (Scrum) or PMP-style project ceremonies.
  • Mentor junior team members and manage inter-team dependencies.

Risk, Budget & Compliance

  • Identify and mitigate program risks and ensure issue resolution.
  • Track budgets, manage forecasts, and maintain financial controls.
  • Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, security, and data privacy regulations.

Post-Implementation Support & Optimization

  • Oversee the transition to support and operations teams post go-live.
  • Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collect feedback from store staff and customers to prioritize future enhancements.

Documentation & Training

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including SOPs, training materials, and technical guides.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer across teams and support training efforts as needed
