We are searching for an energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Mansfield residential area of Massachusetts. This Per Diem position offers a visit rate of up to $140/visit. If you're interested in growing your career while having a positive impact in people's lives, then VRNS is the place for you.

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive and emotional needs of patients
• Assessing home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
• Providing patient and caregiver education
• Accurate and timely documentation

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.

• Candidates must have MA Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
