PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

(CLERK III, Nevada)

Livanta is searching for empathetic, considerate, and responsive individuals who is capable of remaining neutral to work directly with and assist Medicare beneficiaries (patients), their families, and other representatives. Key functions include (1) handling and triaging beneficiary calls, (2) case intake (3) staffing the Medicare Helpline, (4) explaining rights and responsibilities as patients covered by the Medicare program, (5) informing Medicare beneficiaries, healthcare providers, and others of QIO activities and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will act as a neutral liaison for beneficiaries, their families and/or their representatives. The PSR will also inform Medicare beneficiaries, healthcare providers, and other partners of the activities and responsibilities of the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO).

Livanta LLC serves Medicare beneficiaries in 27 states and US territories as a Beneficiary and Family Centered Care (BFCC) Quality Improvement Organization (QIO). The BFCC QIO program directly assists Medicare beneficiaries and their families in their time of need. You can be part of a team that directly affects and improves the lives of Medicare beneficiaries all over the United States.

• Ability to work closely with all types of individuals

• Must speak English clearly

• Bilingual English/Spanish candidate desired

• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful

• Strong computer skills and be able to type while on the phone simultaneously

Compensation starts at $18.55/hour.

Livanta LLC’s Nevada offices are located centrally in Las Vegas (6830 West Oquendo Road, Suite 202, Las Vegas, Nevada 89118)– easily accessible from all points. Health insurance is available at hire – no waiting period! Schedules may vary and may include weekends & holiday shifts.
