We’re Hiring: Patient Care Nurse Supervisor – Med-Surg (Observation Unit)

📍 Naples, FL | 🕒 Full-Time | 🌙 Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

💰 $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Are you a dynamic RN leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Patient Care Nurse Supervisor to oversee the evening operations of our Med-Surg Observation Unit.

In this role, you'll:

✔ Lead and mentor nursing staff

✔ Oversee patient flow and care quality

✔ Support safety and compliance initiatives

✔ Collaborate across departments to drive excellence

What You’ll Need:

• Active RN license (FL)
• BSN required, Master’s preferred
• 3+ years of acute care/Med-Surg experience
• Prior leadership or charge nurse experience
• BLS & ACLS certified
