Their legal professionals manage a variety of complex matters including health care, litigation, construction, intellectual property, labor and employment, real estate, tax, OSHA, ERIDA, finance, and government contractor services. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
• Collaborate directly with inventors, engineers, and in-house teams
• Manage large patent portfolios across multiple technology sectors
• Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement analyses
• Advise clients on strategy for IP protection and enforcement

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of patent prosecution experience
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work well with inventors, clients, and legal team members
