Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist for our client, a prestigious country club located in Sammamish, WA, dedicated to providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members. This person will manage our client's HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (onsite) each week

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Run payroll
  • Collaborate with the Controller for payroll approvals.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage all employee benefits programs.
  • Assist with open enrollment processes and ensure compliance with Washington state laws.
  • Differentiate between part-time and full-time benefits.

HR Generalist Duties:

  • Assist with writing job descriptions, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on changes in Washington state employment laws

Compensation:

$27.00/hr to $35.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
