As a Hospitality Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your assigned territory, promoting our full range of products, and building strong relationships with local businesses and restaurant owners to help them grow and succeed. We are seeking motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who excel at building new connections, understand the challenges small businesses face, and are driven to make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor, educating business owners on how our technology can optimize their operations and increase revenue.
  • Travel within an assigned territory to prospect, establish relationships, and onboard new clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, while building a portfolio of satisfied clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on selling point-of-sale solutions, hardware, and payment processing services.
  • Collaborate with the support, project management, and service to ensure success in reaching monthly performance goals.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
  • Direct POS or merchant processing sales experience is a huge plus
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals with a results-driven, competitive mindset.
  • Strong cold calling, prospecting, and territory development skills.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Ability to manage and nurture client relationships in collaboration with internal support teams to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them to business needs.

Compensation

This is a full-time, W2 position with a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000, depending on the candidate’s experience. Our merchant processing commissions are uncapped, providing unlimited earning potential. Commissions are paid monthly for new accounts signed, with additional bonuses for hardware sales, implementation, monthly production, and customer retention.

The salary range is just one part of a competitive compensation package, which may also include performance-based incentives.
