What You’ll Do

• Convert  qualified inbound leads while also prospecting through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of contractors and restoration companies.
• Present our value proposition and close high-value B2B deals.
• Consistently hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of  B2B sales experience with a proven record of closing.
• A true  hunter’s mentality – competitive, resilient, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in construction, roofing, or insurance industries is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Compensation

• Base salary +  uncapped commissions .
