Job Title: Oracle Incentive Compensation Consultant

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Consultant for a full-time onsite position based in Minneapolis, MN . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation modules, along with a solid understanding of compensation plans, sales performance management, and data integration with upstream/downstream systems.

This role is best suited for a hands-on consultant who can partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable compensation solutions and ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) module.
  • Design and maintain compensation plans, credit rules, rate tables, formulas, and payment processing logic within OIC.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration with ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
  • Perform unit testing, UAT support , and production deployment of OIC configurations and enhancements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot calculation issues, resolve data-related discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely incentive payouts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for OIC configurations, changes, and business rules.
  • Provide training and support to end users and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation .
  • Hands-on experience with compensation plan configuration , transaction processing, crediting, and payment processing.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite environments.
  • Proficient in SQL for data validation, report generation, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (OIC Cloud) .
  • Familiarity with Sales Performance Management processes.
  • Oracle Certification in OIC or related modules is a plus.
  • Experience with BI Publisher or other Oracle reporting tools.
