🚀 We're Hiring: Operations Program Manager

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leading impactful projects across multiple manufacturing sites? We're looking for a seasoned Operations Program Manager to lead a high-performing project management team focused on site efficiency, capital projects, and long-term strategic planning.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of project managers responsible for facility-wide initiatives
• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of multi-site projects
• Drive strategic roadmapping (3–5 years) in partnership with operations teams
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Analyze and improve project management tools, processes, and communication
• Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, engineering, vendors, and customers
• Present program-level updates to senior leadership

🧩 What You Bring

• 7–10 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Project Insight)
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• A proven ability to lead large-scale planning workshops and facilitate collaboration
• Strong communication, analytical, and mentoring skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
