JOB DESCRIPTION
One of Insight Global's clients is seeking an Install Coordinator/ Scheduler in Fort Myers, FL (33913). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating installation schedules by meeting with technicians and liaising with customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling Installations: Coordinate with customers and technicians to arrange installation times.
- Email Management: Respond to emails throughout the day to organize schedules for upcoming days.
- Job Documentation: Add and review notes and comments on specific jobs to ensure accurate scheduling and timely completion.
- Job Closure: Close jobs as they become familiar with the systems. This role demands excellent communication skills and reliability, as the coordinator will be onsite five days a week and heavily relied upon to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience scheduling
- Must have computer skills, specifically outlook
- Need to be comfortable conversing with customers and technicians
-Extreme proficiency with Computers/ Microsoft Office
