A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an
NOC Change Management Engineer .
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to hire
Duration: 6 months
Location: Littleton, CO- 80120 (Onsite)
As an NOC Change Management Engineer , you will:
- The Engineer will support the Change Management team.
- Be proactive in the Change Management Maintenance arena including decision making during approvals
- Understand and develop Moratoriums for the wireless network, for work stoppages and freezes within the network.
- Assist in development and approval of ServiceNow and CMDB.
- Help formulate and establish robust change management process
- Help assist and develop scalable, scheduling, entry and approval process for change management system using tools ServiceNow, JIRA
- Track and Report performance metrics for the change management ecosystem
- Establish Change success and failure criteria, failure root cause, failure notification and incident follow-up
- Set up dashboard for easy access and reporting for NOC as part day to day troubleshooting tracking change request.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering preferred or 5 or more years of professional experience as a NOC engineer or Change engineer in a large enterprise NOC
- Possess Configuration Management (CMDB) knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center with a focus on change management
- 2-5+ years of experience working within the Wireless industry (3GPP)
- In depth understanding of the NOC Operating Model FCAPS or ITIL - ServiceNow experience a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40-$44 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
