Chick-fil-A - Immediate Opening for Back of House Team Member

What You Need to Know Before You Apply

This position is challenging , and only the best will succeed. Please do not apply if:

  • You are unavailable to work opening shifts at 6:00 a.m. or closing shifts at 10:00 p.m.
  • You do not have reliable transportation (public transportation can not accommodate the above requirements)
  • You are unable to work Saturdays
  • You are not willing to work hard and uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards
  • You cannot work with urgency or under pressure
  • You cannot multitask effectively
  • You cannot lift at least 40 lbs regularly
  • You are not committed to arriving on time each day, with no excuses
  • You are not open to being held accountable for your actions
  • You are not willing to greet each team member and guest with a friendly smile

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

As a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you’re not just getting a job; you’re joining a team that values professional growth, teamwork, and customer service. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders who will help you develop skills that will positively impact others while offering invaluable experience.

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments, including fries, breading, assembling and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
  • Stay up-to-date on new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to leadership
  • Complete in-house training and stay current with any updates
  • Perform all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
