Reports to : VP of Sales
Company: Chicago Metallic Bakeware
Location : Humboldt, TN or Remote

Travel: 50%

Compensation: Competitive Salary plus commissions.

To support our ambitious global growth while continuing to maintain our values, we are seeking a polished and accomplished National Account Manager to support our Chicago Metallic Bakeware organization.

 

Position Title: National Account Manager

 

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Account Manager to lead and grow sales of food service chain accounts through our distributor networks. This role is responsible for finding new opportunities, managing key accounts, developing strong relationships, driving product knowledge, and expanding sales opportunities nationwide. The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B and the food service distribution network, excels in relationship management, and understands how to increase market reach.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with regional and national foodservice chain customers to drive sales growth.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Generate new sales accounts and sales strategies.
  • Conduct in-person visits at customer locations to support business development and account engagement
  • Partner with distributors to identify new retail opportunities and optimize product placement
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to support demand planning, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment with distributor partners
  • Attend industry trade shows, distributor meetings, and customer events as needed
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for leadership
  • Resolve customer or distributor issues promptly and deliver post-sales support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, national accounts, and distributor relationship management.
  • Experience working with large, franchised accounts in the food and beverage industry.
  • Established relationships with major distributors in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving sales through channel partners.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) to support regional and national accounts.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
